We have launched the Move up Promise program that allows you to get discounts on a purchasing a new home from Monte Vista.

The following criteria is required.  

• 18 month Rental History with Monte Vista.
• No Late Payments.
• Your home has no major damage.
• We will provide a move out in conjunction with closing.
• Monte Vista will pay the expense of credit repair services (if necessary).
• You will co-operate with showings for new tenants during your occupancy. 

Monte Vista will provide down payment assistance of $15,000 under the following criteria.

• You buy a Monte Vista Home in one of our Communities.
• You work with Monte Vista In-House lender to provide a loan.
